Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion, send an email from your registered email address to umeshkhatkar06@gmail.com with the subject ISL Account Deletion Request.

Include in your request

• Registered full name
• Registered email address
• Last four digits of the registered mobile number

What will be deleted

Your student account, stored contact details and linked quiz progress will be deleted after ownership verification. Records required for fraud prevention, fulfilled rewards or legal compliance may be retained only for the necessary period.

Processing time

We aim to verify and process valid requests within 15 working days. We may contact you using your registered details to prevent unauthorised deletion.
